About Me

Hi, I’m Theresa.

I’m a teacher who has worked with learners of every age—from toddlers to adults. About ten years ago, I learned I have ADHD. Suddenly, my whole life made sense: the messy notebooks, the struggles with “adulting,” and why the strategies that seemed to work for everyone else never quite clicked for me.
